If you have questions about your coverage, contact your insurance company. Your responsibilities typically include copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and any testing services not covered by your plan. Whether you’ll owe a portion of lab testing completely depends on your insurance. We don’t hold your funds and won’t charge you if your insurance pays the full amount. You’ll authorize an amount based on the estimated out-of-pocket cost of your lab test-but we’ll only charge your card if there’s a patient cost after we bill your insurance company. The tech who drew my blood was very compassionate regarding my fear of needles. You will need to provide a credit, debit, or health savings card during your Quest Diagnostics visit. I made an appointment and was seen quickly. I was happy with the service that I received. ![]() I have been to this location multiple times and the staff was professional and efficient. The front desk girl was so ghetto that the phlebotomist had to do her job and ask her to leave. Long waits, unprofessional staff, and dirty waiting area. It is just short of Cypress Blvd West light. Quest Diagnostics is about 2+ miles north of this location. It shows the location south of the US-19/ US-98. The Google map location information is dead wrong. I had the best experience ever at Quest Diagnostics today I had a great lady take my blood and find a vein that no one else could find and drew three vials of blood and I did not feel a thing it was great thank you Jennifer who did a fantastic job. I do not like needles, explained that to her and I didnt feel a thing! AWESOME office Thanks! I couldnt make an appointment so I took my chances walking in at 720 am. I have never had such a great experience at a lab. Using G maps I drove miles down 19 driving to find the lab on my first visit.Call for directions if you arent familiar with the area. I have visited there at least fifteen times in the past couple of years so I have a bit of experience. Most waits are less than fifteen minutes. Even with a crowded wait room though the staff works through quickly. I have waited 5 minutes to thirty minutes. Wait times depend on luck of the draw unless you book appointment ahead. Thank You!įirst lab or hospital or out patient clinic I have been to that staff can be depended on to draw blood without vein rolling, bruising and or pain from second and third attempts to successfully draw. ![]() Staff skills at front desk and in the booth are better than most.ĭespite chronic issues with small veins my blood is taken very professionally - quickly and painlessly each and every time. Staff pleasant.Wait times usually very short. Instead of making my life easier I now have to go get my blood taken again, this time at a different establishment, one where nurses dont torture their patients.Ĭlean cheerful lab. They both almost passed out and I am left with not even 2 vials of blood, which Im quite sure could have been taken if the nurse had actually taken my blood instead of just sitting there staring at me while the needle was stuck in my vein taking not a drop of blood!! ![]() My parents finally had to have the TORTURE stopped as they were getting very sick because A NEEDLE WAS LEFT in their daughters arm as she was sitting in the chair breathing to keep herself calm thinking blood was indeed being taken, when it was NOT. I went back later on and she stuck me with the needle and proceeded to leave the needle just sitting in my arm not taking any blood FOR SEVERAL MINUTES. ![]() Keep in mind I was calming myself down, not even ready for the needle yet and she told me she cant do it and made me leave. Today (January 3, 2014) the main nurse ( in booth #1 ,blonde woman) sent me away because I was trying to calm myself down (I am very afraid of needles) and wouldnt open my eyes.
